We had the most amazing experience for my husband’s birthday. Every dish was beautifully executed, from the fresh vibrant ceviche and delicate scallop crudo to the perfectly cooked ribeye with miso butter. Every dish was a taste I’ve never had before. The sides were just as memorable, and the coconut tres leches dessert was the perfect ending. Everything felt elevated, thoughtful, and restaurant quality at home. Truly made the night special. Highly recommend.
